Congressional Cup Weekend is the longest multi-organization competition in North America!
We are proud to include athletes from the four largest twirling organizations: the National Baton Twirling Association (NBTA), the United States Twirling Association (USTA), the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation (CBTF), and the Canadian National Baton Twirling Association (CNBTA). This exciting weekend consists of the Tournament, Clinic, and the world-famous Invitational.
The Tournament
The Tournament, in which anyone can compete, has been a fixture on the twirling scene for over 45 years. Twirlers of all levels and abilities have flocked to this competition to compete. The Elite Twirl Off Finals are always amazing to watch and have often been called mini-nationals.

The Invitational is one of the most prestigious competitions in North America, and only the elite are asked to compete in this event. Most of the athletes competing in this competition are current or former national champions. All of our Invitational Champions, as well as most of our finalists, have gone on to win National and World titles. Countless twirlers have stated that winning the Congressional Cup would be a dream come true!

Our clinic features instruction from national/world twirling champions and some of the best twirling coaches from around the world! It is truly an honor to have these high-level instructors teaching for us! Every year, we produce one of the most popular and productive clinics in the twirling world! All levels of twirling are welcome!!
